A 6 week program beginning on March 27th includes bonus time of unlimited studio access beginning on the day of sign up. It is recommended to sign up ASAP to attend classes right away at the studio which will prepare the body and mind for achievement of maximum program benefits.

The entire program includes: (Accountailiby/ one on one attention)

  1. Unlimited classes at the studio, on the general schedule 
  2. One on one meeting at the beginning 30 - 45 minutes  (measurements, before pics, talk about goals and nutrition), middle and after the program. 
  3. Weekly ZOOM group check in call - 45 minutes (alternating Sat at 2pm and Sunday’s at 330pm)
  4. Small group attention. As the program will have a 25 participants. 
  5. Facebook group 
  6. First dibs on our highly popular classes
  7. Goal setting workshop 
  8. Nutrition plan tailored to your dietary requirements
  9. Access to your head trainers
  10.  Small group IHP/Bikram WS Sunday March 26th 330-430pm, Wednesday March 29th 1030-1130am and Sunday April 2nd 330-430pm.

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP): High intensity interval training with low impact movements
